Magic: The Gathering - Shadowmoor
The "Shadowmoor" expansion for Magic: The Gathering has been recently revealed and is slated for a May 2 release. Here are my contributions to this set of cards. I'm particularly proud of this first one, the Wilt Leaf Liege. I have more Magic cards on the way and I will post them when they are released to the public.

I like the first one the most.
Feels like the most engaging piece.
I've been playing around with the blur filter in photoshop to get some of that depth of field effect. I'm still not quite sure wether to love or hate it. It works in terms of edges and composition, but I think it can detract a little from the hand-drawn/painted look of an image, shifting to a more 3D render kind of look.
I'm just saying this because I allways liked your brushstroked and all ;) .

Speaking of such, I'll take this chance to congratulate you for your unique way of expressing "fantansy" (in a wide meaning of the word). My personal favorite has always been the one you have as avatar ("Imagine" was the name, i think). The way you use color, composition, concept and design are, on my humble (and un-professional) opinnion, superb and pretty personnal, things that seem to be harder to find everyday.
