I've been a fan of a lot of the art you've done for Magic: The Gathering cards, and I'm going to be attending Worlds in November, where you'll be signing cards.
I don't know if you play the game, but there's a variant of Magic called Commander, that uses cards which can be different from the regular versions of cards, to the point that Wizards of the Coast made oversized versions of some cards, just for this variant.
I wanted your permission to use some of the art from your website, jasonchanart.com, to make some not-tournament-legal, custom foil cards, and hopefully, have you sign them. (if you want one of these, just let me know!)
I'm not going to sell or trade these cards--these are for my personal use in Commander games.
If you'd like to see an example 9using your art or an example of a custom foil I've already made) before you say yea or nay, I would be happy to oblige.
Normally I take images off of different image-hosting sites, give artist credit, and move on, but because I'm hoping you'll sign these for me, I wanted to get your permission first.
