The 2010 Chesley Award winners were recently announced at Tor.com
I was very honored to have my work nominated for 2 categories: paperback cover illustration with Geist by Phillipa Ballantine, published by Ace, and for interior illustration with Vilcabamba by Harry Turtledove, published by Tor.com.
Anyway, long story short, Geist got the 2010 Chesley for Paperback Book Cover Illustration!

I'm a big fan of Philippa Ballantine's writing and love the covers you done for her books. You've nailed the characters exactly as described in the novels and have given the characters a visual presence that is truly amazing. Congratulations. You surely deserve it.
Jull.. yes, the novels deal with the supernatural on every page. The sequel, currently on the shelf of your local bookstore is Spectyr. Jason did a wonderful cover for it as well.
